Cloudli welcomes Rick Boyd its new Vice President Sales - Business Communications

MONTREAL — February 2, 2022 — Cloudli Communications, a leading North American provider of voice, data and messaging solutions, announced the appointment of Rick Boyd as Vice President of Sales and Business Communications. Leading the Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) channel sales programs for Cloudli and ConnectMeVoice by Cloudli will be among his chief responsibilities. Boyd’s hire emphasizes the company’s commitment to the managed services provider (MSP), technology solutions brokerage (TSB), agent and strategic partner community as well as its ongoing expansion efforts throughout North America. 

With more than 30 years of experience overseeing sales, account management and business development teams, Boyd will help refine and expand the company’s channel programs and offerings. His depth of understanding of the partner and end-user communities will provide insight for improving partner service and support capabilities.

Boyd has an illustrious professional history in the channel spanning more than three decades, most recently serving as Vice President of Sales at Vbrick. He previously held executive positions with Talkdesk, 8x8, ShoreTel, VeriSign and Mitel.
