The security characteristics of our CryptAgent, SIP and T.38 Trunking services make them idea for customers wishing to comply with regulations such as HIPAA in the USA and PIPEDA in Canada.
Messaging traffic, both voice and fax, of our Desktop Fax and Voicemail services customers is stored in a virtual environment architecture that protects data at rest from unauthorized access with strictly controlled roles and continuous tracking of all access attempts.
