Service Cancellation Policy – 30-Day Notice

We’re sorry to see you go—but we’re here to make the cancellation process as smooth as possible.

To cancel your VoIP service with Cloudli Communications, we require 30 days’ written notice from the authorized account holder.

 

How to Cancel

•    Send your cancellation request to: service@cloudli.com
•    Or submit cancellation through customer portal or fill out help desk ticketing on the website
•    Once we receive your request, we’ll confirm within 2 business days

 

What to Expect

•    Your service will remain active (and billable) during the 30-day notice period
•    You’ll receive a final invoice that includes any usage charges, taxes, or applicable fees
•    If you have leased equipment, please return it within 15 days after your service ends to avoid replacement fees

 

If You’re on a Contract

•    If you cancel before your agreement term ends, early service cancellation fees may apply based on your contract
•    Any promotional credits or discounts may be reversed if the minimum term wasn’t met
•    In the event an early cancellation fee applies, it shall be equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Minimum Monthly Guarantee or the contracted Monthly Services, whichever is greater, as per the applicable Service Schedule in your signed contract, multiplied by the number of months remaining in the Initial Term or the Renewal Term, as the case may be.

 

Immediate Terminations

We may suspend or cancel your service without notice if there is account misuse, fraud, or non-payment.
