Channel Account Manager – Ontario/Maritimes

As a Channel Account Manager – Ontario/Maritimes, you will manage, recruit and expand relationships with an established base of Cloudli Agents and Resellers. Your objective is to increase new business revenue through the sale of services through our existing channel partners and to increase revenue by expanding the partnership base. You also play an important role in educating the channel base and providing sales support to successfully close business.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the Cloudli partner network to increase revenues
  • Leverage the Cloudli Agents and Resellers to create new business opportunities
  • Develop and manage marketing plans to be executed jointly with select channel partners
  • Foster and develop win/win relationships between Cloudli and channel partners at all organizational levels
  • Manage the forward financial planning for select channel partners, including revenue goals and commitments, subscription rates, special sales incentive programs and joint marketing funds
  • Determine and represent the needs of progressive channel partners to Cloudli management
  • Assist channel partner representatives with the positioning and sale of Cloudli services, including through online and onsite presentations and demonstrations
  • Maintain high activity rates with named partners, communicating with key individuals at all managed partners at least bi-monthly
  • Provide leadership, direction and mentoring to inside sales representatives to achieve key goals of the channel partners
  • Compile and report sales forecasts of managed partners and status reports in a timely fashion
  • Attendance and support of channel-related marketing events
  • Identify, recruit and develop prospective high value channel partners
  • Provide on-site training for key partners
  • Supporting and leveraging other channel efforts, field marketing, product launches and desirable sales generating programs as required
  • Travel Required

Qualifications:
  • Successful track record in Channel Sales and Support
  • Excellent knowledge of the reseller/agent market and its dynamics
  • Excellent knowledge of sales processes including acquisition, development and retention
  • Experience in developing productive and mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Knowledge of VOIP and FOIP an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual, French – English
  • Knowledge of Netsuite/SalesForce an asset
  • Must be willing to learn about new products and services

Quality Assurance (QA) Team Leader

Responsibilities: 

  • Work with the product development teams to understand and successfully execute product roadmaps that meet or exceed the required quality standards
  • Oversee all aspects of QA team members’ test activities to ensure the reliability and timely execution of QA processes
  • Assess current testing needs and schedules and determine what’s required to effectively conduct the testing
  • Collaborate with product development team to create and/or review test plans, maintain test matrices and execute manual and/or automated testing
  • Introduce new and adapt existing validation tools for various validation needs including database, business rules, UI, integration, and service validation
  • Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
  • Expand test artifacts by documenting test cases and coverage
  • Enforce and contribute to the improvement of the various testing phases and QA standards
  • Remain up-to-date in emerging trends and techniques in software development, quality assurance, and test automation
  • Participate in a peer review process, ensuring adherence to standards and proper implementation
  • Ensure that quality-related deliverables are verified prior to market launch

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of QA experience
  • University degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline
  • Deep understanding of QA processes, testing approaches including requirements review, test planning and documentation, test case creation and execution, defect management, issue troubleshooting, tracking, reporting, and verification
  • Extensive experience in functional, system, integration, regression, backend testing, software applications & mobile applications
  • Knowledge of commercial or open-source QA tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, or others.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, etc.
  • Knowledge of software development and test case management tools such as Jira, qTest, etc
  • Knowledge in developing and testing web services and RESTful APIs
  • Knowledge of professional standards, innovations, and industry best practices for quality assurance and testing tools
  • Proven experience as a QA leader, overseeing all aspects of test planning, test execution, and status reporting

Asterisk Telephony Servers Administrator

Tasks

  • Deploy and manage Asterisk telephony servers.
  • Install and configure Linux servers. Deploy internet and telephony services.
  • Monitor system operations & performance. Maintain & improve systems performance.
  • Use system & application logs to detect, understand and resolve operating system, hardware, applications, and software problems.
  • Support and troubleshoot help desk requests from internal staff.
  • Work with the development team to improve functionality. Participate in the validation of new software releases.

Qualifications

VoIP Systems/Network Architect

Assignment and roles:

  • Works closely with different departments and management team on projects related to the design, development, deployment, monitoring, and evaluation of new products and services
  • Assist in the review, analysis, and evaluation of deployed solutions
  • Review and elaborate migration plans for systems and network equipment infrastructure including site backups and recovery processes.
  • Plan, deploy, and maintain highly available networking equipment and optimized it for VoIP/FoIP
  • Troubleshoot VoIP issues including compatibility, performance, and quality of service
  • Install, test, troubleshoot, monitor, and support different VoIP equipment in our labs and production network.
  • Review and optimize  security on systems and network equipment
  • Assist and provide 3rd level support to operation and support team on complex networking and VoIP issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related field
  • 7 years + of experience in networking and VoIP technologies
  • Security and networking certifications is an asset
  • Solid experience in IP switching and routing technologies and network equipment
  • Hand-on in high available hardware/software and virtual environments
  • Strong knowledge and experience of SIP-based VoIP protocol and various VoIP equipment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures in testing and debugging.
  • Proficiency with the Linux (administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, monitoring, scripting) and virtualization technologies
  • Programming knowledge is an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills
