Rik is Cloudli’s operations expert. With decades of experience spanning the tech and telecommunications sectors, he focuses on enhancing platforms and processes to elevate partner and customer experiences. Rik is a leader in his field, having seamlessly integrated teams and technologies, and implemented operational best practices, at companies such as Sangoma, Netfortis, TPx and others.

As CMO, Elinor helps businesses discover their potential with Cloudli’s future-focused solutions. She brings fifteen years of experience in telecommunications and SaaS evangelization, including marketing leadership roles with Intrado Enterprise Collaboration and Life and Safety, Cogeco Connexion and viiz communications.

Chris is a seasoned channel leader with over two decades of experience in sales and the channel. At Cloudli, he oversees the North American sales teams in both Canada and the US, with a focus on elevating Cloudli’s channel presence to deliver exceptional experiences for both partners and their customers. Chris comes to Cloudli from roles at Sangoma, TBI Inc., Fuze, Logix Fibre Networks and more.

As Cloudli’s Head of HR, Jill oversees Cloudli’s HR strategy and core areas of the department. She brings over 20 years of HR experience while previously holding positions such as Vice President, HR for Haivision, Genetec and Cineflix Media. She also worked as a Senior Consultant, Strategic Business & HR Advisor for numerous clients.
